I am Gokulakrishnan, a Development Officer with LIC of India for the past six years. As you may already know, LIC is India’s oldest and largest life insurance company.

I recruit and train individuals to build a successful career in the insurance agency business. Over the past six years, I have mentored more than 95 agents as part of my team.

My vision is to create entrepreneurship opportunities for at least 5,000 people and support them in establishing a rewarding insurance career.

I firmly believe that “Success is the sum of small, consistent efforts made every day.” To uphold this belief, I conduct regular training sessions to enhance my team’s morale, skills, and knowledge.
